I really felt cheated by SONY!I have bought this lousy and stupid TV from SONY thinking its a great brand. I don’t understand if this is designed by an engineer or a daily wage labour. Any person with minimum sense can come up with better controls. For e.g. the headphone socket they provided at the backside and in centre, when wall mounted it can’t be reached. It does not recognise USB device always, same USB device sometimes it recognises and sometimes it doesn’t. I wonder if this is Japanese technology company or a cheap Chinese company. I have very high expectations from SONY, I will never recommend this brand to anyone and I will never buy any Sony piece again. The customer service is bad, that they are arguing about the usability which is lousy. Even cheap Chinese devices are providing better controls. I really felt cheated by SONY.
Even after complaining they are taking it so easy and not even looking into the matter.
