What ever I want to buy I will start my research that is checking reviews in different sites. It’s became one of my habit. And I visited few local stores also to compare the picture quality and sound in sony, samsung and in Lg. in few stores they confused me and suggested me to buy the samsung. After a lot’s of research I took my own decision and we bought this led. And IT"S PERFECT
Picture Quality: picture quality is just awesome no issues at all in quality obviously it’s a Sony product. It’s as awesome as Sony there is no comparisons with other companies. you cant find the exact clarity of the picture while connecting with cable connection. we can see the exact resolution in full hd videos i’m loving it.
Sound Reception: Here the scene became reverse while connecting with cable we are getting very high volume. 10 is the maximum number we use to listen and that’s enough too. some times we just use 2. With this number you can understand the quality of sound but while connecting with net we are not getting this much of volume. here you will get that volume in the number of 20. But finally we are enjoying it. It has a inbuilt woofer so we are experiencing that sound.
Value for money: For me its really value for money cause we bought this for 32000 in a best deal. It’s a Diwali sale in a Sony store. I checked in some online store’s too but 1500 variation is there to here. and I got a Sony power bank as a complimentary it’s a direct offer from Sony company.
Service & Support: Here Sony store people are quite friendly and local service center people also good they came on time and completed the installation process.
CONS: But the main support from the customer care people is ridicules I called to customer care people for 2 times to ask my few doubts. first time ever in my life I experienced very bad support from the customer care people. they don’t have much knowledge of their company products and they are not even interested to answer our queries.
And 1 more main con of this tv is wireless connection its not connecting to wireless mouse. except this everything is good
