We purchased this TV approx 2 years back. It works well, but its display got damaged once due to power voltage fluctuations in our area. It is recommended to use power stabilizer along with such LED smart TV’s. The price of of android TV’s of other brands like MI(Xiaomi) is very less but don’t know how much good they are. This TV does’nt even have Bluetooth but has WiFi for Internet. Software Updates are regular every 6 months. Till now the TV is working fine without any problem. But it does not have much memory. If you connect it once to one WiFi network and then u switch to another network. It forgets previous one. It can remember only one WiFi password. Its problematic for people who don’t have router and give TV internet connection via different mobile devices. Also SONY does not provide free premium pack for Sony Liv app which comes inbuilt with TV. Of course you can watch Sony TV shows without Ad’s and totally free of cost but you don’t enjoy full premium features given by Sony Liv like watching IPL for free. Sony already takes high price for this TV and should give full premium facilities of Sony LIV app for this TV. It should have a bluetooth so we can play wirelessly from our mobile devices. We can play it via wifi through an app that sony provides but bluetooth is better.
