I would like to say that I have purchased Sony BRAVIA KLV-48W562D Full HD Smart LED TV 1.5 years ago, it was fine for the few weeks then after some kind of murmuring sound start coming out of it. its really disgusting that when I tried to complaint for this sony service didn’t pay any heed to this and charging unreasnable price to just come and see the problem.if I could i’ll give 0 out of 5 star in service and support column. video quality was fine but this woudn’y make sense if service and support is not good. Infact sony charges more price than any other company for same size led.
