I NEVER RECOMMEND SONY PRODUCTS .BAD SERVICE.
Last August 2010 I bought a Sony Bravia LCD TV(Model - KLV22EX300) and Serial no. 2376236. By June 2011 it started giving problem. While watching for a long time it suddenly shuts down and does not switch on for a long time.
I immediately called up and registered a complaint. The complaint no is 7570026. To my surprise the service engineers never came.
Later after few weeks I shifted my house and was not using the TV. Recently I started using again and same problem started. Now when I register a complaint(NO.8507545) again.they came rushing because it is already out of warranty. After the inspection they say that some board must be changed which would cost around Rs. 2000/-. How nice it would have been If the customer care would have come to our help when we registered the complaint.
May be this is a strategy followed by they Sony? Anyway customer is the sufferer.
Which way you can help the customer to feel that Sony is good as the brand name suggest?
Do you think this is good from the Sony Customer Care? Did I make a mistake by choosing the brand SONY?
I AM UNHAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. The service engineer who came to check today is a trainee and he charged Rs. 250/- from me. CHARGES ARE STILL COMING.
BEST WAY CHOSEN TO MAKE MONEY.AND TO GROW. SONY INDIA.KEEP IT UP.
