I purchased the Sony LCD 32 S550 during end of Oct 2009 (Aprox 4-5 months back) . Even though other branded Companies offering the LCD with discount, DVD player & additional gift I choose to go for Song LCD thinking that Sony products are very quality products. Today my LCD is having the problem with the picture, It shows the negative picture , You cant see any thing.
I am very disappointed because Company has cheated me by selling inferior product. I purchased 9 years back Akai TV till date it didn’t gave me any problem. Yes, earlier Sony products were known for the quality but now a days I feel, To increase the profitability company manufacture the product by using inferior spare parts.
I have raised the complaint( 5054682) after the great struggle ( because no phone numbers were working , which are mentioned in the Warranty card. Today one service engineer visited our house & taken some snaps of the LCD picture . He mentioned that he is going to send the pictures to SONY office with the details and they will be providing the solution. GOD only Knows when I am going to get the solution. Today I lost trust on the Sony product. They claim that their products are high quality & service oriented . but I recommend people not to believe the brand blindly other wise people will burn their fingers as I did. Be careful .
