Very sad

I purchased a Sony Bravia 55inch tv from a shop, not from Amazon. I spent 72000 expecting the quality and durability, but very sorry to say while watching the tv multiple lines like grains started forming. We informed the customer care, they came and replaced the whole panel. We asked the reason for the damage, the customer service replyed maybe due to heavy voltage fluctuations. We had already fixed a voltage stabilizer costing 5000, but still the issue was not given a proper explanation. Anyways we had to pay 23000 for the new panel . There was warranty only for 1yr. This damage was in 2.5yrs. the shopkeeper did not mention about the extension of the warranty too. So buyers kindly find and buy the best tv, don’t go for Sony TV’s by spending more amount and getting fooled.
