Dont buy Sony Product || CHEATERS

Worst decision of purchasing the 65 inch bravia 75L -(CRM:0769898 is case id on email)


I purchased one TV of 65 inches which cost me around 80K, within 6 months of usages it got dust part in screen for which I raised the customer care ticket on 25ht of October, Technician visited to my place and asked me to pickup the tv and will get back delivered in next 7 days.


I handed over my tv to sony(JAPYEE ELECTRONICS AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER NOIDA) and they changed my screen.


Now I am getting backlight leakage on my screen and when I asked sony to resolve the concern and change the product as it damaged in their service center only, there official team members called me and told me this is the general issue in sony tv for which we already released a FAQ, you will have to live with this issue.


The executive name is Mr. Nikhil Kohli.(Sony India: Please check the recordings if you have, how your executive talks to the customer)


Don’t waste your hard earned money by purchasing SONY product. better to buy MI TV because even they dont say you will have to live with this issue.


Sony India: Try to maintain the quality of your products as customer purchase sony product assuming they will get the best quality, but in return they cheated by your un professional service centers by changing the original parts of there belongings .
