Sony DSCW55 camera is a good camera.
I have been using this camera for 5 months now. It is sleek, to put in your pockets,
light and easy to use. The screen size is bit bigger than earlier cybershot versions.
The battery life is also ok, I got 1 GB card with it for free. The image quality is really
good to take normal pics. I bought this because of two reasons, one it’s a sony,
second it has Carl Zeiss lens.
Connecting to a PC is so easy, you don’t need any software as it will be treated as a
USB Storage. It has connectivity to your TV to review your pictures.
This facility is too good as you can view pictures without connecting to PC.
Would be good to buy one for personal use, but those who interested to some professional photography also may not be happy for capturing the deep valleys or its zoom capture it may be possible I am not use to such a small camera which made me unhappy for my last trip to a hill station as some things which I captured couldn’t get the results I wanted.
But still must say for indoor capturing its results are awesome.
