Recently I have purchased a Sony T.V. Flat screen 29’’ and to my surprise when I checked up the same IT WAS 27’’ AND NOT 29’’ WHERE AS THE INVOICE BOX EVERY DETAILS IS OF 29’’ T.V.
This is cheating in India which is not only being done by sony but by all well known brands.
I advice all the buyers to measure the screen before buying this product.
In fact in U.K. and U.S it is 29’’. These companies are cheating us.
Sony being the most popular and established brand in India as well as world is seems to be playing with the unawareness of the people of India.
I specifically advice all buyers to enquire and confirm and try to have an assurance while they purchase any T.V. set.
On checking with sony, they have not responded and their attitude is very very poor.
