I bought a Sony CyberShot DSC W310 in 2010; however, I have never been satisfied with the product ever since. am a huge Sony fan and own at least 10 gadgets starting from my first music system way back in 1995. Unfortunately this time I have a bad experience. The pictures clicked from my camera are not really sharp and clear. Each picture comes out blurred and do not look like Sony quality. Pictures break your heart the moment you try to zoom. I feel like throwing away the camera. This is my 3rd Sony camera. My old 2MP camera still take better quality pictures.
I have tried every possible setting on this camera but still no luck. I have finally compromised on Intelligent Auto setting with Steady Shot setting. But the results are really not satisfying. I consider myself sufficiently tech savy that I should not be missing out on any specific setting.
Overall its money gone down the drain. I had to give this as a toy camera to my daughter to play around with. Meanwhile I have also written to Sony customer care just in case they could surprise me with any hidden setting to superfine my picture quality that I have been missing out ever since.
Though I totally doubt any chance for it. Let’s see if I get to hear anything from Sony. Would be more than happy to post it here.
