In this March I bought a new C702i, but it was having some manufacturing defects. it was slow. Whenever a song was played the song jumped. And itwas producing some kind of sparkling sounds whenever any song, being played by media player was paused/ resumed or rewind/forwarded. Next the LCD was defective. experience store submitted it for repairing.
But they could not. So I sent mails to the company and they call my set to the.Company to repair.After 10 days I was informed by the service center that we have got your setback from the company after repair. So I moved and checked but instead of removing the problems they added some more problems to it. And now it’s again going to the company.
After 2days I asked company about the status of my last complaint , they said that you have to wait for more time as we do not have spare parts. Isn’t it funny! The company must replace my set but they are not doing so. Even while they could not repair it. This company is selling defective items and not replacing them. And the customer care is there to make you fool. After this incident I observed 3 same sets and1 spare LCD display unit and I could find only 1 LCD OK. This whole incident tells about the poor quality control of the company, the poor and inefficient service, bad customer care and something more.
