Basic model of SE:
I bought two J132 models of Sony, they are looking good and the price is also fine.However one phone became very hot and it got resolved when I removed the battery. However the other phone went dead because water spilt on it.
When I went to give the phone in the sony ericsson service center, there were so many people standing in the queue.The Service centre is just one for the entire Chennai for others such as Nokia, Samsung, etz. Why cant Sony ericsson have a separate service centre for their phones?
There are mobile phone shops in each and every street nowadays, but the service centre is just one. Comparing to this phone, the basic models in Nokia are good. Battery backup is not that great in this model like Nokia.... ’’After sales service is always poor in India for any product"....
