Hello friends recently I bought sony ericsson K300i for Rs. 7300, the features in the mobile are really good. Its sound clarity is amazing. It has got a builtin MP3 player with buitin internal memory of 12 MB that means u can easily put two songs in ur player via infrared or data cable( But data transfer is very slow).
Battery backup is also very good.
Some of the features which u wont find in Nokia’s basic colour model.
U can assign different ringtone for individual along with their photos. It can hold upto 4000 midi ringtones and has a phone memory can hold upto 500 contacts. U can store upto 90 messages in ur inbox.
By using infrared port you can transfer all ur messages to ur pc. If you have infrared port please dont buy data cable, because it can do all thing what ur data cable does. U can download float mobile agent(Freeware) from the internet( which has many options like transferring ur photos, ringtones, games and applications from PC to mobile vice versa. I even bought a handsfree with FM which costed 1300 Rs. Sound clarity of Fm handsfree is damn good. The GUI of Sony ericsson is very very good when compared to Nokia. One of the useful feature is, suppose u receive a call from a new mobile no and if u want to send messages u can send by using an option called unsaved no( It will list all the unsaved no u can select any one)which u get once u press send option, this feature u wont find in any other company mobile phone as far what I know.
It has got a buitin VGA camera with 4x zoom. U can take nice pictures during day time(Even though there is night mode option in the camera u wont get good clarity if u take photos during night times).
Overall the phone is good with almost all the features what u can expect.
