AS u ppl must have already read about the positive points for this model, no point discussing those.
No doubt this is a value for money as u get a camera, mp3 player, bla bla.... as compared to nokia phones in the same range, BUT for how long?

*Signal*: biggest problem in SONY phones
I live on 2nd floor of an apartment in a metro with huge parks in front and back(therefore no obstruction from buildings or basement problem) and used to get gr8 signals on my nokia phone ,
BUT sony, he he he he, as I walk thru the middle of my house while on a conversation, this phone loses all its signal bars and the line gets disconnected.
I think I need to get a tower installed on my head to stay connected.
DONT BELIEVE ME????????????
check out for urself. take this phone at a dealer, put in a sim and cover the antenna area tightly just with ur one hand, ......u’ll notice 1 signal bar gone , 2nd bar gone
now just put ur other hand to cover the phone from signal, whippie
u’ve done it , all signal lost:
phone displays: EMERGENCY USE ONLY
GR8 man u can stop GSM signals with both ur hands ; )
charger u move the charger cable and can control the flow of charge, gr8 technology
joystick
this phone has a joystick, would start giving u head ache when u use it but not before 3 months of use
electronic malfunction
i have a friend with mobile no. xxxx and no. yyyyy both no’s saved under same name
but when I receive a msg from no.yyyy , it does not display the name
hence I reply back checking: ’’who is this?’’and we have a fight

moisture, leads to void warranty
bought the phone just 3 months ago and joystick malfunction, charging prob,
sent to service centre:
SAME OLD EXCUSE: moisture chala gaya sir, aapne zaroor pani mein daal diya hoga
as if I am INSAne to do this to my own 3 month old phone
hence warranty void
that shall be enough for now, all u friends out there, pls be careful before u buy a SONY
