A high tech mobile and certainly many would have indicated its best features. No doubt it is better than nokia in that budget with 14 mb memory and all features of camera , Infra red .
It camera is superb and resolution is excellent compared to nokia of equivalent model. You will not believe I am addicted to its camera more than my digital camera.
Got addicted to it in 3 months but service is what bothers.
Apart from all its good features it does some issues which are more concering to a customer or a user. After paying a decent amount of 5 figure to buy this you dont get a proper service.
In last week I am fed up with K500i.
Reception is very poor and many a times it doesn fail in recieiving the signal and voice.
Joy stick get stuck often, software a couple of times didnt respond.
Not as versatile as nokia to open and clean. Joy stick is a big issue . And sound receiption is a big issue and is poor
No proper service center like Nokia. So be ready. But it is worth the money if you can handel it safe.
I am a user of nokia, as well Lg and motorolla. Off all soney is best with its features as well you ahve to live the problems of it.
More the higher end product it has its invisible problems to evolve.
If you can afford to find a service center go ahead and you cannot change its covers often..
