Sony Ericsson K500i

The Sony Ericsson K500i is a lightweight but fully-featured camera phone, designed to be great fun and great value for money too. Weighing just 80 grams and with a remarkable maximum talktime of 8 hours, the K500i isn’t just a practical phone, it’s great fun too. The 128x160 pixel 1.9’’ display is great for gaming, and the K500i’s hardware is optimised with 3D acceleration technologies. The phone features inbuilt Java and a proper speaker for maximum enjoyment.

The front of the K500i features a joystick to make games easy to play, and the 12Mb of internal memory allows dozens of games or other downloads to be stored and played back. It’s a slim phone too at just 14mm in depth, 102mm high and 46mm across. Combined with the light 80 grams in weight, this is a phone that you can carry about easily. On the back of the K500i is a VGA resolution camera with 4X digitial zoom.

The K500i features Sony Ericsson’s QuickShare system, making it easy to send your pictures to others. There’s a full set of Personal Information Management (PIM) tools with the K500i too.. it can be easily synchronised with a PC via USB or infra-red connections, and K500i also supports web browsing and email over GPRS, MMS, MMS video, wallpapers and themes and of course rich polyphonic ringtones.

The Sony Ericsson K500i is a hugely practical phone combining all the business and leisure features you’re ever likely to need in a lightweight, long-lasting package.
