I purchased this mobile 4 months back , to he honest washed no complaints until last month.
Then I had a lot of call drops and was blaming my Airtel connection for the same. Until I realized the problem was to do with my handset.
The I located a Sony Ericssion service center at Kormangala in Bangalore. I took my phone to the service center , they said it’s a software problem and shall come the next day to collect the phone.Later they call up to say that the mother board of the cell is damaged for unknown reason and told that it would be taking around 20 days to replace the board.
On the assigned date I went to take the delivery and when I testet the handset I realized that though the reception problem was rectified by no the speakers are not working and then the ervice engineer took another 40 mins to mend the mistake, then when I tested the phone I found that the vibrator is not working.
Finally I got frustrated and gave them the phone to repair it if they can. During my 1.30 mins stay at the service center I could see the a new customer with some complaint eveny 5 mins .
Finally I conclude that it’s not just some model but the entire product range is utter waste. It much better to buy from a company where atleast the phone could be used for the purpose it is ment for .
Please avoid buying such products. ONLY THE CAMERA QUALITY IS VERY GOOD
