I was an early buyer of K750i. The phone was good, except for the Loud Speaker behavior, which is not loud enough.
Got a problem with key pad in 3 months, SE was not able to answer why!
Now a new problem with Joy stick. ’’Down and Left’’ function never works. Navigation has become extremely difficult. There are no alternative hot keys for Joy Stick as well. Can anyone tell me how to scroll without joy stick?
Accel-ICIM the customer service provider for SE in Bangalore, gives only vague answers.

They dont even know, WHAT THE PROBLEM IS?, nor are they returning it back.
Its more than 10 days, I am without the handset.
A product priced at 20K is not supposed to make 2 trips to customer service center within 9 months.
