1.as has been mentioned by raghav5272 the phone has a problem with ’’ Hissing ’’ noise when I make or receive a call.I bought it 15 days back and as soon as I was aware of this problem I checked in a couple of forums and I realised that this was a universal problem with T610 all over the world and only phones manufactured from week 23 onwards didnt have this problem.
I have been running behind ’’ salora Intl’’ dealers of sonyericsson and have been calling their helpline in delhi and even the sony ericsson office in delhi each of these places are giving contradicting stories salora says its a problem with the handset and will be replaced as soon as post week 23 stocks come in. sony ericsson says its a software problem and there will be an upgrade available in 3 weeks tos ort out this issue and I get a mail from sony ericsson customer care apoligising for the inconvienience caused and they have asked me to go to ’’ accel automation’’ to get the handset replaced
If they themselves cant agree on a single common story to give to customers what is the company all about? and besides how have they shipped phones with manufacturing defects and not bothered to recall them? do they think that we indians are so useless that we cant figure out the problem and make a big issue?
