I purchased Sony Ericson T610 through Times of India mail order scheme. Its style and design is very good and has all the features which are required in a medium model. The camera function is very easy, the sound reception is also very good. The problems which I faced in this model are mainly 2. One is the area provided for SMS. I consider it too little as the usage of SMS is very popular and you also get lot of advertisement material.
The second problem is of battery life. My first battery which came along with the instrument started getting discharged with in 3-4 hours even if there were no calls made or received. However as the instrument was on warranty period, I got it changed. This was in Jan 2007. Now again the battery has started giving problem by way of quick discharge.
Overall this instrument is value for money.
