This is the worst mobile ever that can be made. Its simply for customer harassment that they make such models.
I purchased this some 6 months back(Silver gray). It worked well for couple of months only. After that 3-4 rounds to service station and now they are saying its permanent dead because of water entering into the motherboard. Everytime, I went to service station, I always found at least three more guys with same model in their hands. Sony Ericsson has simply cheated their customers by introducing a model which is faulty in its production and then doing nothing about the set.
Moreover, if this was not enough, service center people were worst dealers I’d dealt with. I simply can’t do anything but now repent on this deal. It looks like they have now changed the complete set(lots of scratch marks and loosly fitted body cover, with no IMEI no. visible on the set, I can’t even go to consumer court and appeal. And at first place, their polite behavior of returning the set was "Do whatever you want to do, either you take the set or this would be lying here for ages, and the guy slapped my mobile on the floor". Amazing customer quality.
I purcased the set from chandigarh. took it the Salora international(Okhla, New Delhi) for couple of times And last amazinh customer experience was at Tele-Gizmos, Sector 17-18 T-Point, Gurgaon.
