I am using this from last six months & have lots of cons than pros which I cant list now & may do it sometime in future as I need lot of time to pin point each & everything.
One thing I can tell you is that you get very little support from Sony Ericcson for your concerns.But anyhow I have invested 11k & I have to use it. I was using Motorola E398 earlier & feel it more user friendly than sony even the sync software.
I need to know what parameter I have to enter in the Mailbox category to send & receive my emails on the phone. This is one place where I have stuck up as sony feels it is something that has to be provided by the service provider & I dont think so. I have tried entering the setting myself on Motorola & Nokia phones & worked well without any problem but in sony I do not know what do they mean by mailbox. if I just try without entering anything in this category or even entering some words I get the message wrong mailbox or password but im sure the password is correct & have re entered for confirmation. I tried on the sony website also where they give all the details for manual settings but doesn’t mention anything about this particular(mailbox) settings. I am trying to get the details from long time from sony but there is no reply at all from them
