I am a proud user of SE W700i for 2 years..! believe me I haven’t changed
my phone for 2 long years just because I dont want to let go of this fully
loaded phone...
This phone comes with 256MB card which I changed after a year to 1GB
and the performance did not go down...so if u want to expand ur memory
go for 1GB...I am not sure abt 2GB performance...
In this phone u can literally store virus! yes, SE W700i does not
support any virus rather u can store them in Others folder in the
phone... that means ur phone can never be affected by virus... (95%
guarantee!)
very good Walkman, has 5 pre-set equalizer with Mega Bass one of them and also Manual setting is also available...
coming to the camera, W700 is not meant to have a brilliant cam cos its a
walkman phone, yet it has a LED flash with 2MP and also lens cover...
the cam is’nt really bad, there are lot of settings that u can choose
before taking a pic...
the speakers of the phone is’nt loud enough... its just O.K... not loud
except the room is dead silent..! This is the only disadvantage I
found...
the battery life of the phone is great... comes up to 1-1.5 days with
normal usage of 100 mins talking and even use of Walkman...avoid
vibration...
The messaging, alarm, calendar, radio, notes, stopwatch etc features are the same like any other SE models...
The last info abt SE W700i supports most of the Java based software and not any other...
After this model the next best in this segment/range is W810i.. that’s another beauty in Walkman series of SE... it may be a little old but has very good features...
Well that’s it for now... I dont think I haven’t missed any other important points
