I had purchased this phone in October last year and I thought using the phone a bit before posting a review here. Till now I have had no problems with this phone. The SE W810i is very easy to use you’ll master the phone within 2 hrs.
The main purpose I bought this phone was Music, When I was planning for a phone I was confused between Nokia N91 & SE W810i but finally went for the W810i and this baby doesn’t disappoint me at all.
Here is what I like about this phone.
Walkman/Music= The sound quality of this phone is brilliant the bundled earphones(HPM-70) give out sharp and loud music. If it is not loud enough for you, you can simply get your self newer version of earphones/headphones.(I am currently using HPM-83 headphone)(Video playback is supported) The phone comes with portable speakers which again are extremely good on occations like Picnic.
Features/Usage= SE W810i has many modern features like Bluetooth, MP Camera, Infrared, WAP and bla bla bla. It also supports games based on Java which provide good entertainment(Time Pass) especially if you’re in a long travel etc. As I said earlier the phone is very easy to use and you should have no problem with its handling etc.
Looks= I am not a guy who goes on with the looks of the phone. but still If you ask the phones looks are quite good and are satisfactory for me.
Camera= I was not expecting a good quality camera from this phone as W810i comes in walkman series. but I was wrong this phone has excellant camera quality, the camera also comes with Auto-Focus which it even better.
Misc= The battery life for W810i is around nine hrs and standby time is around 300hrs which is quite good.

The SE W810i comes with a 512MB Memory card(bundle could have been changed by Sony) & There are 2 bundles for this phone.
a) Normal bundle
b) This second bundle has portable speakers with it(I have this bundle). This bundle has a bit of extra charge but not too much.
Depends on bundle
Overall the phone is excellant & I would higly recommend this even though it is a bit outdated.
