Well, here is what is not good about it:
1) To start the phone> i.e. to activate the screen to dial a no. or messg, the time taken is 2-3sec
2) the back function is clumsy and irritating as it does not respond quickly
3) the qwerty slider looks cool but the keypad is not ergonomically designed. Your fingers will pain n u will avoid writing long messages
4) the loudspeaker can be activated only when the call is active, not when the bell is ringing
5) most of all - it does not sync to outlook ...u have to use RoadSync...or other free web softwares
6) when u dial a number, v often it dials the previously dialed number as the speed at which the last dialed call appears on the screen is slow, and comes to screen when u r making the next call...what happens is while u dial a number, the touch recognized the previous dialed numbers...this will happen when u have to make one call after another...and not for low phone usage customers
Basically, the basic features of the phone are poor though the advanced features and andriod OS is cool. Depends...if you are looking at buying a phone to make calls and text...dont go for this.
