I am working as an electronic technician since 15 years and I can say without any doubt than sony is the best brand in television market.
Sony is also famous for it’s trinitron picture tube. trinitron is more brighter than any other television and it’s picture quality is great. Sony is the leading brand in the market because of it’s quality. but it is costly from others . If have money, then don’t think for another brand.
It has a clear view and smooth picture with greater contrast, so did not effort your eyes. Sound is also neat and clear.
I am sure that others can’t beet sony with picture clarity because Sony is the top in visual experience.
