Sony HT-IV300 Home Theatre

Got this from Infibeam on 14 Oct, and it’s been 4 days I am enjoying the each moment of my entertainment. I did lot of research and chosen this. here are the pros and cons:

Pros:

1. HMDI input - At this price, no other home theatre offers HDMI input(that too 2 inputs). I have seen home theatres which cost more than 25, 000 also lack this particular option. Now I have connected my dish TV in this, and enjoying the good sound experience.  You can enjoy 5.1 surround only if the input is 5.1. Some channels like Star movies HD are always comes with 5.1 input.

2.  Can watch movies from Hard disk or pen drive. It supports all formats.

1. Screen mirroring: I connected HT to my wi-fi router, and tested screen mirroring through my Redmi note 4G. It worked like charm.

   
   




2. Can pair several blue tooth devices(up to 9 devices) and can play music from them(like your phone, Ipod etc)

   
   




3. Supports dolby, dolby digal+, DTS, and all other sound effect available on earth.

   
   

Cons:

1. Not supporting sub titles file(.srt). I always prefer to watch English movies with sub titles. My TV or lap top VLC player supports .srt file. But this HT is not supporting this.

   
   




2. No equalizer.

   
   




3. Some MKV files which were playing in my laptop were not playing properly in HT(it gets stuck in between).
