Its a SONY, outstanding performance

Sony 20’’ Trinitron Wega Flat-Screen TV (KV-20FV12)

As I’m a student so in my humble opinion television is a necessity for a student atleast....:)......but to find which one is the best and suitable is a hard task. So, after searching for about a week I purchased this televsion and am still thakful to Sony for making this product......its just awesome........so whats so great about this television is all described below.

Before buying this television I had a 13-inch TV and I was really fed up of it due to its screen size. So, I went for this one. Well, after purchasing this television I must say that its a whole new experience of flat screen viewing. If you have never had a flat screen, then you don’t know what you’re missing. What so special about this is that flat screen TV does not distort images at the corners like regular TVs do. Above all, colours are true, rich and definition is superb. Most TV screens are bulbous but this is totally new and amazing technology.

Sony, popular due to its product involvement in movie companies, television studios, and the scientific community use. Its popular because Sony’s products tend to have a higher degree or accuracy than other companies. This flat screen TV has almost no glare because of the fact that it reduces the amount of light that bounces off the glass. Now, thats a big plus point.

Well apart from the technical aspects what is in this product for me. Well.....two of my favourite features are the favourites menu and the timer. The favorites button brings up a menu with the last five channels you viewed (or you can preset your favorites so they don’t change) so you can surf your favorite channels faster. The timer feature is a blessing. I’m a lazy college student, so I don’t trust alarm clock that much as I trust this TV. This TV gives you two events that you can program independently. For instance, different time for weekdays and different for weekends.

One final thing, don’t worry about losing TV functionality

if you lose the remote, there are menu buttons next to the composite inputs on the front panel. The difference between this model and the KV-20FS12 is that the FS12 has speakers on the bottom instead of the sides and it doesnot have S-Video.
