I bought this tv 2 months back.
I’m a good fan of sony brands.
let me try to narrow down the reasons for buying this one.
First. the picture tubes from Sony is renounced for its excellent quality and durability.
usually a CRT picture tube life is around 15 years only. as time goes, its obvious that you can feel the depreciation in picture quality. but Sony stands out.
Compared to other picture tubes sony’s are better in quality and sharpness. I made it sure by checking it out in a big and famous home appliance showroom. there was almost all brands placed next to each other. You can really feel the difference.
Thus sony was fixed as my TV brand.
Sony KV-AZ212M83 is the top end model currently in 21 inch section.
intelligent picture quality selection is the best feature.
As far as audio is concerned, we have 5 band graphic equalizer, 3 different audio modes which I liked most.
altogether a good TV for a middle class family for 13, 000/-
