I have bought this earphone last year and it was my first expensive earphones. I was happy that I have good brand but I totally disappointed when I used this product. it has not good base and good quality. whenever I goto somewhere through bus or train its volume was very low I had to push earphones to listen properly. I usually goto morning walk and I never goto walk without music but once suddenly it’s one side wire is stuck in my hand and lit bit pulled after this that side stop working. I goto care center they replaced the item as it is in garruntee. but again I faced the same issue but this time without any accident. its stop working. then I pick up the earphones and throw into the dustbin.
