I bought it one year back.
The stereo is not working after 4 months. Only one side speaker was working and the issue is not with the speaker. When FM and cassate is played both speakers working. when dvd and usb is played only one side is working.
I tried calling sony service as it was under warrenty. After several attempts one person came and said it need to be carried to service center after examination. And he said I need to carry myself to the service station which is in Adayar, Chennai and my place Tambaram, Chennai.
I carried this to service statation and they took more than a week to fix it. They said they have changed the board itself to fix the issue.
After returning from service station, again the issue comes within two months. I don’t want to spent more time on this issue keep system only for listening FM. After one year, (exactly after warrenty) the DVD too is not working. I have other DVD player which I bought 4 years back still working.
I trusted in the name SONY but I should not here after.
