Bought this for my son ( age 14) and loved it so much it turned me into a gamer at 48 years old. So, I took my bonus from work and bought myself one as well because my kid is a game hog. Star Wars Battlefront is THE GAME as far as I am concerned, I love playing the air assault portion of the game the most, you can play traditional style with the fighter displayed in front of you or you can be INSIDE the cockpit and try your luck that way ( I find it extremely hard to fight that way-but it is very cool to try) .
So, many of the gamers who are professional types had higher expectations I have read but for myself this is almost a dream-game-never imagined being a pilot in an X-Wing or the Falcon in this manner. The only problems we have had with the system itself is getting the controllers to jive with the console, but we found out it was a bad wire/usb cord we were using. So, that would be the only negative. We also found that if you use the optical cable for sound you get a lot louder output for the unit as well over your receiver.
