There is no extra controller. Box shows 8 items, but there are only 7 items and only one controller. I have ordered the replacement. What’s the point of being a prime user when I have to go through these processes?
Today I got the replacement, and the new box also doesn’t have additional controllers. This is the most pathetic experience. In 34550 I am now only with Fifa 18 and 1 controller.
Th performance of the product is good and lag free.
No other features as this a gaming console only.
Style and design are also pretty sleek and compact.
Sony is known for its support and service but this time it has dissapointed me
