Here, programs are for every age group people. One program that I like the most on Sab TV is Tarak Mehta ka Ulta Chasma as it provides a good knowledge in a very entertaining manner. Serials like Ball Veer, Chidiya Ghar, Woh Teri Bhabi Hai Pagle, Badi Door Se Aaye Hai etc. will make you stress free and give you the refreshment that is very important in this very busy life schedule.
