I have a sony vaio SVE14A15FNW E series laptop. 8GB RAM, 640GB Hard disc. I bought laptop in 8th August 2012. After one year CD driver is not working( I already Extended Additional two year warranty). Regarding this I visited Patna sony center boring road and I submit my laptop. when laptop is repair I got a call from service center . They said come and collect your laptop. when I
collect the laptop and start all data of my laptop is deleted . when I ask that person he said your hard disc is replaced. I ask him why you replaced the hard disc. My complain is regarding CD Drive. CD drive is replaced ok but why you replace the hard. He said some issue is in hard disc that why we changed. when I check system information ram is only 4 GB. I got socked. When I sought and told one 4GB sony RAM and one is 4GB Samsung RAM. First he not admit but when service center owner is came and sought on person then he said yes 4GB transcend RAM we removed . He giving me and told RAM is not working. I said this RAM is not my RAM . when I threaten for consumer forum. Then he give me 4GB sony RAM. He not given my samsung RAM. and not give my original hard disc. so if any one go to service center you check your all thing in laptop because they are still your part in laptop or any thing. I not aspect from sony.
