I was gifted a Sony cordless phone SPP-933
by My brother-in-law who got this SET from United States in sept 2001
In july 2005, , the speakerphone stoped responding, handset working
Then I searched at sony website and I got a link for a sony Authorised service center

I gave the set to them in sept2005 for repairs
- I got the set back from them after a week saying that problem is fixed, they charged me Rs.450, But the problem wasnt fixed , I gave it back again for checking the nextday itself
2.For two months there was no reply, THEY ALWAYS SAID THAT THEY WERE LOOKING INTO IT, I got the set back in Dec saying that they cannot fix the problem, But when I took it home the set was completely dead, even handset was dead, screw missing, I gave it back again for checking the nextday
total time is 6 months for repairing no reply what has happened to my set
3.Today is 17nd feb I called them up and they say that they cant
SONY service is the most disgusting ever, They have no respect for customer
Can anybody advise what can be done further
