The die hard cricket fan that I am, SET MAX has been a great influence on me, I have stopped watching Cricket.
Right from the word go, their EXTRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA INNINGS is a more of a Kitty Party than an incisive and informative analysis of ’’CRICKET’’.
The commentary team is a joke, they are more keen about getting across their opinions than discuss whats happening. Saving grace being Ravi Shastri, Tony Grieg and Barry Richards. Thank God for small mercies.
To be fair to them, the idea is okay ie to bring in colour and glamour, but this experimentation could have been avoided for such a critical and important event. They have been showering dollars around for this event, one fails to understand why they couldnt build a good team of commentators or at least train those selected.
