Its been a while since I purchased Sony Vaio Laptop. It has been a bad experience using this product. For someone who doesn’t know, Sony has sold its Vaio brand to Japnese Industries and cut off all the support. I would highly recommend you to never go for Sony Vaio as you will regret your decision just like me.
Since the very first day, I am facing problems, whether it is the touchpad, the processing speed, the heating issue and many more. Above all that, the customer service is the worst. I took my laptop to Sony customer care and they gave it back after a week having the same issue for which I brought it there. I had to repair it from the local shop. I am frustrated than ever before. I request you guys to please buy laptop from other well trusted brands like Dell, HP, Lenovo etc. But never go for Sony Vaio. Worst Experience of my life with this product.
