Pathetic product. Hard disk dead in less than 1 year. Very dissapointed with this purchase. Sony Support is even worse. They do not solve your problem at their call centers and you need to keep chasing them. Takes a lot of time to start up and come to log in user page. Heavy software’s run very slowly, battery is also not up to the mark. The laptop build quality is not so great. Screen broke easily and not covered under warranty. Not worth the price at all. Feels like a cheap product. Highly dissapointed.
