I was gifted Sony Vaio Laptop on b’day. Since I like to play action games I brought cd’s from Crosswords to play. when I started the game.it showed error and game did not started.I was upset since I was very existed about my new laptop and game. When I took laptop to the shop from where I brought it, the shop is Croma.they informed me I cant play games in this Laptop.
I was shocked. having such a costly laptop and I cant do wat I like to do.being upset.i told them is there any way I can install something and play games.then they informed NO, if you wanted to play games then u should have told us then we would have shown u such laptops where u can play games. isn’t it seller responsibility to inform all the details while selling the laptop.since I insisted them very much to give some or other low level game….
where I can have satisfaction of playing game.then I finally got one cd which clicked and I played game.Since I am not a technical person. I consulted crosswords people from where I brought the 1st cd they informed me some Graphics card can be put and games can be played.still I have not installed it but it should have been responsibility of Croma person to inform me and help me out.No doubt the laptop is Very good looking but I cant play games which I like the most….then wats the use.people can use product only if they have other uses them playing games.
