I had purchased Sony Viao laptop around 2 years ago during my college time. I never had any rough or bad use of laptop. But recently the display of my laptop was gone. There is a big white strip on my laptop display. When I contacted customer care, I got even bad reply from them. They arrogantly said that your Sony Laptop is out of warrenty period and you will have to pay complete amount for repairing the laptop. Relly regretting very very much for my decision to purchase that laptop. Feeling like to through it away, but have paid 40K, so can’t do that.
