VPCEA32EN is not a good laptop in long run. Though this laptop is user friendly it has many disadvantages.
Disadvantages.
1) Gets heated up very soon.
2) Once the laptop runs for more than couple of hours its speed to take commands decreases. And once the laptop is a year old, then the ability to take decreases to the core.
3) Service center’s are available but very expensive. They prefer to replace the whole component rather than repairing.
4) The laptop gets hung frequently and the fans starts rotating very fast if I use it more than a 2 hours. I cannot watch one full hindi movie at a stretch on this laptop.
Service and Support is not good. Its highly expensive. Not friendly.
I am not satisfied with this laptop and the motherboard has stopped functioning and service center said this product is stopped and they cannot provide the motherboard,
