I purchased this laptop in May 2010 and within 1 month of operation the hard -disk crashed. The service center was located far away from my home and I had to make 3 rounds to restore the laptop. Fortunately I had backup of my important files hence there was no much harm. However, please do not rely on the Hard-disk drive of this laptop for your important documents.
The hard-disk failed once again in last month & I had to shell out Rs.9000/- for the new one. Also, the service person at the authorized service station could not give a satisfactory answer for the root cause of the problem.
