Hello Users,
I was using this laptop from last year. This Sony Laptop coming with third generation processor i3 but not working performing well as expected. It using 4gb DDR3 ram and 500 gb internal hard disk for the storage.
It got heated after the user of near about 40-50 minutes and then got hang after the heat up so you have left with only option restart the system.
Earlier battery backup was good but now it hardly back up of 1 hour after full charge. The only thing which you love this laptop is sounds quality.
I called to there customer support and they replaced some part in laptop but not any luck.
So I am totally upset and not satisfy with this laptop.
I request other users please do research before buy this laptop.
