I have personal experience about this product .In this product I phase heating problem and due to that many time my system hang .this is disadvantage of this product .apart from heating problem mouse pad key are also not working.sound clarity is good .I used this product since 4 or 5 years, and my battery life is also reduce, battery backup is 1:30 hours .sony provide us good service but, we can good product at same price in different brand
