This is to bring to your notice that I had bought Sony TV from their showroom 2 years back. I did not know that I would be entering inot a journey whoch would be so troublesome and annoying.
I had alsways trusted a brand like Sony that theuy would be giving a very good quality product. WHen my TV all of a sudden stopped working I took it to the service station. To my shock I was told that the part that is needed for the TV to be working has stopped being maufactured and this came as a big surprise to me.
How can you sell such expensive TVs and suddenly not provide spare parts, . Now the TV is lying with me like a piece of junk. I have not only paid a huge price for the TV but alos had to incur a high price to get anothe one. Thankfully not SOny this time. I hope my feedback reaches Sony as other brands are doing much better than them as far as after sales service is concerned.
