I bought Sony TV around 2 years back thinking it was the best company and I shall get best quality. While, the picture quality and other features did look quite good initially. Its of late that I have started getting some problems. These are more to do with picture quality. Of late, the picture shades started changing very often all of a sudden. Couple of months after that was corrected by a Sony Service Person, now the picture has started fluctuating a lot, again all of a sudden.
Maybe mine is one off case, considering the reputation that Sony has. But one would usually expect Sony TV to last long. My previous TV of comparatively low rated company has worked well for many years.
From what I hear, Sony has started assembling the TV units in India. Am not sure if this is right, but could that be the problem.
