We purchased Sony X74 Bravia 125.7 cms 50 inch Ultra HD LED Smart Android TV KD-50X74 and after 12 and a half months of usage, it stopped working. Sony prepared a bill amounting to Rs.5500/- and no satisfactory response resulted from them that on what basis they charged the amount. Same problem again resulted after two weeks and currently they are not bothering to take the calls. Sony was known for its quality which currently doesn’t seem to be true. We are deciding to purchase a better brand and more affordable now.
