29.03.2014 I ordered a Sony Xperia C Black and it reached me on 02.04.14. When I opened the Snapdeal packaging I found that the box of the Sony Xperia C which had 4 stickers was already open and resealed, then inside the box I found the packet in which the Sony Xperia C was kept. I have doubts regarding product originality. I then contacted the supplier and there was no proper answer. And one more thing, when I purchase the Sony Xperia C that time Snapdeal site is showing Aircel internet free and I got promo code of Aircel but when I received the product I found that box mention Airtel 3G it not matching also I not not tried because I want to replace my product. Big problem snapdeal company not providing any Toll free number to customer because company know everything.
Please do not go through Snapdeal because it’s 100% cheating company. Anybody want to speak with me regarding Snapdeal please call me I will explain that. My number is 9901046280.
It was my mistake to trust Snapdeal and shop from them.
